assignment with an in depth client consultation
to clearly define the nature and scope of
your challenge. This initial analysis allows
us to clearly identify and communicate to
you:
- The scope of the problem;
- A range of potential solutions to
be explored;
- The resources and skills required
to effectively address the problem;
- The work and timelines required to
develop the solution; and
Consulting reports can
be thorough and insightful, provide a clear
understanding of the problem and identify
the required solution. Unfortunately problems
are not solved through analysis and report
writing.
Value to the client is
achieved when solutions are implemented.
We believe that unless we can show our clients
how to effectively implement the recommended
solution we have not provided a complete
answer. While we recognize that this step
ultimately rests with the client we will
provide you with the plan and ongoing support
necessary to implement the solution and
measure its effectiveness on an ongoing
basis.
